Maybe indirectly Saiki’s thought of an average person spilled onto him. Like idk how but it makes sense to me that Saiki would accidently manipulate reality in subtle ways like this

Have we ever seen Saiki cry? Like, at all? I’m genuinely curious as to what that’d be like. As in, what his friends would do if he just burst into tears out of nowhere and also what would make him cry in the first place.
canonically, he has cried before after his mom forced him to hang out with his friends. he is a little bit pathetic.
He also cries when he fakes losing a fight with Hairo but I think the only time he canonically MEANT it was when he became giant

Like, even the kindest motherfucker on earth has some dark images popping in their brain from time to time. How many terrible and terrifying things do you reckon he telepathically heard from people around him and how many fears did he have to overcome during his childhood because of it?

Like not even mentioning like why he jumps straight to “I can’t hear nendou’s thoughts he could MURDER me and I’d never know” and then thinks about nendou stabbing him like ur onto somethin he has trauma
